I appreciate having a financial institution that makes me feel like more than just an account number. The staff have been helpful, professional, and willing to take the time to answer my questions and help me understand my options. What I appreciate most is the customer service and the feeling that my financial needs actually matter. Banking is something we all have to deal with, and having people who are willing to listen, communicate, and help make things easier makes a big difference. I would definitely recommend TDECU to anyone looking for a credit union that values its members and provides good customer service. ❤️

Their employees are always so moody and never happy at work and even the way they great you is so forced. They always get aggravated and upset with customers like it is an inconvenience to help the customer.
