I experienced what I believe was racial bias, and the overall treatment I received was unacceptable. The only reason this review isn't even more negative is because of Paola. She was genuinely kind, respectful, and highly professional. She went above and beyond to help me and treated me with the courtesy every customer deserves. Unfortunately, her excellent customer service could not make up for the rest of my experience. No one should leave a business feeling disrespected or treated differently. Because of how I was treated, I will not be returning to this branch and would not recommend it to others.

No notice, no signs. It has not been that way at other locations and I've been making deposits all month. If an id was needed then why did she let me leave without telling me i needed one? Then why didn't I get a call at all. Three hours go by and I didn't see my deposit. I don't see any sign that says id is now required for deposits. Just ridiculous. I'm done with this place. I'm going to another bank period. I'm done with the fees and all these stupid rules. More than one teller is needed at all times. They do more gossiping than working anyway.

Not enough tellers on duty leaving customers having to stand and wait for long periods of time. They want to put holds on your employer's checks unless you have enough money in your account to cover it. Online mobile app is always down for maintenance or has a hard time connecting to and you can't use ZELLE as they say you can it doesn't work. I have been member/customer of this establishment since 2006 when it was Compass Bank. .
