- RTRobbins TexasMar 30, 20261.0Not at all impressed. Slow to the drive thru. Manners are fake. Talk to me like I'm a child. I'm done. Why is an id is required for deposits all of a sudden? No notice, no signs. It has not been that way at other locations and I've been making deposits all month. If an id was needed then why did she let me leave without telling me i needed one? Then why didn't I get a call at all. Three hours go by and I didn't see my deposit. I don't see any sign that says id is now required for deposits. Just ridiculous. I'm done with this place. I'm going to another bank period. I'm done with the fees and all these stupid rules. More than one teller is needed at all times. They do more gossiping than working anyway.

Not enough tellers on duty leaving customers having to stand and wait for long periods of time. They want to put holds on your employer's checks unless you have enough money in your account to cover it. Online mobile app is always down for maintenance or has a hard time connecting to and you can't use ZELLE as they say you can it doesn't work. I have been member/customer of this establishment since 2006 when it was Compass Bank. .
