  I have this to say, not all branches of PNC work efficiently. Josephine Hernandez was very helpful with my issue. I had been to the Torrey chase branch and had no luck with anyone there resolving my issue after 1.5hr wait. I then drove over to champions location after an about 30 min wait because of them being busy. I finally got seen and she multitasked my options to getting my issue resolved. Thank you! My 5 stars are for you girl! My business was ready to work over the weekend. Yeeey!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience with Bo Hogan today. He was so kind, helpful, and genuinely nice. He made everything feel so calm and easy, and I really appreciated how patient and welcoming he was. I actually had a PNC account before and closed it, but after my experience with Bo Hogan, I’m seriously thinking about opening an account again. He was just that great. PNC is lucky to have someone like him! Thank you so much, Bo Hogan! I really appreciate all your help today.

  Worst experience with PNC I had high hopes they would be better than Woodforest but not at all. First my debit card never showed up to my house nor my husband’s . I went to this location on champions forest for a virtual card and was directed to Josephine she had an attitude with me . I asked her for help so I can order my husband another card all I wanted her was to show me on my app where to go if the option was not pulling up. She was so rude and said she can’t show me. I then asked another question regarding my app she refused to show me. She then went on to question me about the account I opened I let her know I know what I opened she made me feel so dumb when questioning me like I didn’t know what I was doing . When I went to another branch to have someone help me open my account the lady was super nice and helped me get set up online with what benefited me the most but when I went to this branch for help cuz it was the only branch that could at least print out cards the banker was so rude. Unfortunately I’m already talking to my husband about going back to Woodforest or Wells Fargo as much as people talk bad about them PNC has been nothing but a headache. I also was stranded at a gas station this weekend and when I called they said they could not help me. Very upsetting
