⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with TurboTax! My tax preparer was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, professional, patient, and thorough. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, took the time to address my questions, and ensured I felt confident every step of the way. The Concierge Team was equally outstanding! Their responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly elevated the entire experience. It’s refreshing to receive service where you feel valued, supported, and genuinely cared for. Five stars simply don’t feel like enough! My tax preparer and the Concierge Team went above and beyond, and I’m incredibly grateful for their excellent service. They are a credit to TurboTax, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless, professional, and reassuring tax preparation experience. Thank you all for making something that can be stressful feel effortless. You’ve earned a loyal customer! NEVER going back to the “block!”

I had a great experience with the TurboTax office in Southlake! After leaving a voicemail, I received a call back, and everything was explained to me in a very informative way. I was given a lot of clarity and helpful information, which made the whole experience so much better. Aryonna was absolutely amazing! She was very patient with me, incredibly sweet and kind, and made sure I understood everything. Her customer service was truly outstanding, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. I really appreciate the time and effort she took to assist me. Thank you, Aryonna, for such a wonderful experience!

I’m leaving this review on behalf of my uncle who came in the other day. He’s not always great with getting things set up, but he had an amazing experience with the walk-in concierge, Ari. She was so welcoming right from the start and really attentive to what he needed. She basically walked him through the whole check-in process and made it completely seamless. He told me she was super knowledgeable and articulate, making sure he actually understood everything before he left. It really felt like a VIP experience for him. You don't always get that kind of top-tier service everywhere, but Ari was so polished and made the whole visit totally frictionless. Huge thanks to her!

I was supposed to post this review a while ago on behalf of my grandfather. He wanted me to mention how sweet, patient, and helpful Ariana was. He said she was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of his questions without making him feel rushed. He really appreciated her excellent customer service and how kind she was throughout the whole process. Unfortunately, the store was too far for them to drive to, so they ended up doing their taxes at another store. My grandfather said he would have driven over 20 miles out of the way just because Ariana was so nice and patient. He really appreciated the experience and wanted to make sure she knew how much her help meant to him!

Just stopped by to do my personal taxes and was helped by Shalon. She was absolutely wonderful. She helped me the whole way through my taxes start to finish and was very thorough with everything. Helped me get all my expenses and everything so I can get the most out of my return. I will most definitely be coming back. She was also very sweet and polite
