  Kristyn was extremely helpful in setting up some accounts with me. She took extra time explaining all the interest rates and terms. The staff at the bank were also very pleasant and helpful .

  We visited the Southlake, TX branch of Bank OZK. We were greeted as soon as we entered the bank. We met with the branch manager, Medusha, who was very outgoing and helpful. She assisted us with opening a CD and informed us about the monthly drawing of $25,000. In order to qualify for the drawing, we decided to open a checking and savings account with the minimum balance required. She also helped us by recommending a local restaurant for lunch. Medusha was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in assisting us with our business. We highly recommend Bank OZK for your banking needs.
