  I visited this branch to pick up a cashier’s check to close on my home. The teller who assisted me was pleasant, collected my ID and debit card, and began working on my transaction with no issues. A Caucasian teller interrupted our transaction and racially profiled me, because I am black, and told the teller assisting me to make sure she checked my ID good, and began asking questions about my address and why I was in town. I hope this employee is fired and you all do some cultural sensitivity training for your employees. I opened an account locally when this bank was Texas State bank and stayed through the Compass Bank and PNC transitions. It is time for me to move my money to another institution. This unfortunate, bigot woman tried to dampen my spirit, however I am on top and closed on my beautiful home! I am so glad I moved away from this area and hopefully I will never need to visit this branch again.

  Terrible experience. Instead of assisting the customer waiting to be helped the clerk did a disappearing act which caused me to wait unnecessarily for a simple transaction. Very thoughtless.
