The deposit slips are never in time when we do night drops. The employees at the drive thru window are always playing around with each other

- FBFran BJan 25, 20181.0They open at 9 and I've been calling for the past 5 minutes (it is 9:18 a.m) and they answer and hang up. It is really annoying! Worst Experience EVER! I've been with Compass Bank for more than a year. First time going to the ATM to deposit my weekly paycheck and the check gets "detained" and I get a "ATM is currently unavailable" message. I don't receive a receipt nor does MY MONEY post to my account. I quickly call customer service and make a claim and am told that it will get resolved within 2-10 business days. Ok, so I wait for the following Monday and call the branch where I deposited at and was told that Rochester will service out the ATM the next day and when they see that it doesn't balance out they'll turn in the extra money/checks then and there. I call on Wednesday and nothing. Here I am on Thursday trying to call talk to somebody with NO LUCK! They don't even answer or help me out. They just pick up and hang up. So I call the "investigators" number they gave me and apparently they're closed due to weather conditions. So I decide to call CUSTOMER SERVICE and they also keep transferring me to the same numbers I called before and keep getting the run around. I literally called about 10 times! THESE PEOPLE ARE NO GOOD!
