- RNRay NicholsJul 23, 20265.0Vericonica and I spent like 3 hours on the phone Tue. We determined I had a tough problem with my computer. I had worked for months before as it was new and I should be the problem - I was at least a contributor. I then spent all day on Wed restoring it to the original software, resetting and updating. Amazing, it is working properly now. Veronica was so patient and thorough with questions and my answers and difficulty typing on a machine which now I know was not configured properly. Now it can be used and I redid my taxes today, they have been filed and I have response from IRS already just like in prior years and like Veronica said I should and would. She is a great person, analyst and communicator. I appreciate you very much. My wife does also, I will spend this evening with her instead of fighting that computer. Thank you so much, Ray Nichols
