- SSSeanJul 17, 20261.0In my opinion, the banker was rude and condescending. I left feeling humiliated. Apparently , I am not wealthy enough to get good service from PNC. I have had to work with about a dozen banks, lawyers, and financial advisors in the last month as executor of my mother’s estate. PNC will be the last one I willingly return to for my own personal business.

I don't like using apps so their business model of trying to make people use the app in order to have that service is absurd. If willing to pay the fee because it's a feature the bank offers, then in person should be allowed as well. But only being able to follow the AUTOMATED SYSTEM when standing in the bank, talking to a person, is a poor way to do business in my opinion.

Sorry can't help you call customer service. This location is no different. I strongly recommend staying away from pnc. I will be closing my account.
