Unfortunately the branches debit card machine wasn’t available that day, but Juan the branch manager, was not only able to get my new account verified, but reach out to the nearest branch to set up an appointment to go pick up my new debit card at my earliest convenience. The interaction was hassle free, and he provided me great customer service. I will be recommending PNC as reputable Institution for banking moving forward.
