- ARAngel Rewakowsky5 days ago1.0Extremely rude tellers. I drove up 10 til one to deposit cash and sat there being ignored. Finally a woman walked up and said we closed at 1 and it was 1:02. I said I’ve been sitting here for more than 10 mins and she still refused to help. I had to park and deposit at the atm which is only a walk up which made me nervous since I had a larger amount of cash to deposit but this PNCs teller definitely didn’t care and suck at their job. I like PNC as a bank but won’t be using this branch.

Unfortunately the branches debit card machine wasn’t available that day, but Juan the branch manager, was not only able to get my new account verified, but reach out to the nearest branch to set up an appointment to go pick up my new debit card at my earliest convenience. The interaction was hassle free, and he provided me great customer service. I will be recommending PNC as reputable Institution for banking moving forward.
