- JJJesikaJul 20, 20261.0i literally opened my account online over the weekend and i had questions today, so i went to the branch. i have no idea who you all have working at that location. she wasn’t wearing a name tag but had a thick Latina accent and shoulder-length hair. it was as if she was a bouncer and she basically wouldn’t let my mom or I come in to sit with her or anyone to ask questions. my mom was actually interested in opening an account but after that, my mom said no thanks.

This person was rude after I advise him that I needed documents printed and signed and notarized. He quoted yes I could help you with that. Once he reviewed my documents. He said he could not print them or help me. And he clearly said he could help me with printing them out and notarizing documents. I really don’t appreciate lying and wasting my time. I hope this message reaches to the right person who needs to take care of this situation. Blanco branch is unprofessional.
