- FFfabian FloresApr 20, 20265.0Stopped by the lobby today. Immediately greeted by both Sara and Ernesto. It was raining and had continued to rain in the area all day! Excellent professional service by Mr. Ernesto who helped me with my transaction and to top it off it was still raining pretty good and Ms. Sara walked me out to my truck holding an umbrella over me! Thank you both!!!!

I opened an account at this location specifically because they offer Cashiers Checks that I can leave the branch with as opposed to different banks that take several business days to mail the check. But, each time I walk in the only available team member is Laura. Laura’s lack of customer service has led me to go out of my way to visit any different PNC location in the city than this one. Laura representing your company and the face of customer service never smiles. Her answer are monotone and she has a blank stare on her face. THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS BRANCH HAS LED ME TO DO BUSINESS WITH ANY OTHER LOCATION IN THE CITY. I hate walking into this branch only to ever be met with rude Laura.

- AAalreddy13Nov 15, 20191.0I give this location two stars for convenience.... The ATM is always, always broken! I use it to deposit cash because using the tellers takes too long. Why should it take more than five minutes to see anyone?.... The drive thru isn't better at all, probably takes more time since there is only a few people working there.... But having an ATM broken several times a month is ridiculous. At the beginning of next year I will be giving my money to a bank that has their S*** together. Thanks Career point.
