- KWKiana WashingtonFeb 12, 20181.0Not so much a review about this particular branch, but if you can absolutely help DO NOT BANK WITH BBVA or use them as your main checking acct. they are convenient for a side account, like for just spending money, but as for a main acct this has to be the shittiest bank I’ve ever banked with. Slow ATM postings Awful customer service - every time I’ve gone to the ATM on main st the woman is on her phone and has an attitude that she has to stop scrolling her Facebook to help you If something happens to your debit card EVEN IF ITS STOLEN there are no instant ones you have to go 7-10 business days with no card and just hope for the best. Customer service and the branches obviously have no communication, one will tell you one thing and the branch will tell you another. I will be switching banks next month once I wait for my small check to take how ever many business days to post. Awful bank that’s stuck in 1980, and they’re proud of their simple year 2000 features. I’m over it. Please don’t waste your time with them
