What kind of manager do you have sitting behind that desk that can’t help a customer that has been with this bank for so long ??? Her response after telling her I was going to close my account with them was “ I want to say Thank You for being with us for this long. Jessica , the assistant branch manager doesn’t care if she loses people as customers. This is definitely something cooperate is going to have a field day with ! No wonder this bank is ONLY RATED 3.6 STARS IT SAYS ALOT !!!!!
