  to cash a check they were going to charge me $30 went to Walmart and only got charged $4

  I would love to share my experience with pnc on wurzbach with agent Margaret McGee if I may,This women made my day as others have expressed custumer phone service is pretty annoying but after several time, I decided to take the drive and fix things on my account. This lady greeted me at the entrance and I had no wait time as I stated what I needed help with. She made my day with a 5* without a doubt,I didn't expect such a professional agent as she is she knows her job very well and went through each problem I had with absolutely NO problems. The first in a very long time I've ran into a person with great knowledge about their profession.she definitely gained my respect and we'll respected.she shows her Worth and it makes a difference tosomany to have someone with a beautiful smile and compassion.I highly recommend her service and brach if you want good bank service.staff members are incredible and bank is very clean and comfo4able 🌹 👍YOU ROCK MARGARET!!

  It saddens me that we have 24 yrs with this bank and till this day management is not empowered to take actions on their own beliefs and understanding. From a Manager and Customer Service specialist, Get more information before you decide to decline additional service, specially if it’s in your power to do so. See that you retains client of so many years , 3 accounts, 2 paid off loans and prospects to refinance mortgage with your branch. Disappointed from Joshua Norton Retail Banking And no support from Branch “Customer Experience operations Manager “ Margaret MCGee $38 Dollar NSF Have made me overthink my business with this Bank. Sorry for BBVA who have served us for many years.

  I received a personal check from my friend for a birthday present, in the amount of 50.00. I pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted by a pleasant girl at the window. There was no one in any of the drive thru lanes. I signed the check and included my id in the tube and sent. After a moment, she said, are we depositing or cashing today? I answered, cashing. A minute or two passed, then she said, maam, do you have an account here? I answered no I don't. She said, I am sorry, but we can't cash this check through the drive thru, because you do not have an account with us.....can you please come into the lobby.....I said yes, if I have to......, I go in and they are in some type of renovation..... no carpet its hot no air and there was one person in front of ,me. I approached the young lady who told me to come in and she said.....sorry about that, it's our policy.... I thought to myself.... they must fingerprint or ask for another form of id...... Well no they don't, she processed the check and then she proceeds to tell me that they normally charge a fee for cashing a check there if you don't have an account, but that they would not do it this time, because it was under fifty dollars......Umm the check was for 50.00. She said she was telling me for next time. Well this is the very reason I do not bank with Compass......who would make anyone come inside, to be inconvenienced simply because that person did not have an account there. To me that is Terrible customer service, because even though I did not have an account there.....I was a potential customer. This experience convinces me not to bank with them because I would never want anyone I wrote a personal check to, to have to sacrifice any of that check for feedom. This is nothing more than greed for the almighty dollar. I will let my friend know....
