Not only did she help me close an account the new account I have has a reserved account just for bills. I couldn't be more satisfied with how she explained everything to me and went step by step on what charges were.
- AMA Nano MooseJul 9, 20245.0After receiving poor customer service at another PNC location, I walked into the De Zavala location because I had had a good experience with them in the past, and I can happily say that my experience today was positive again. Initially, the gentleman that greeted me seemed confused about what I was asking but another gentleman, Jon, stepped up and gave clarification and politely directed me to the bank teller. The bank teller was quick and friendly. I appreciated the excellent customer service at this location. Kudos to them on being a welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly branch.

Not a word beforehand besides the automated message saying it would only be silence. If it's this bad on an average Tuesday I can't even imagine how bad it gets when there's problems.
