I asked how y'all are a new bank? She rolled her eyes and said lots of employers have switched to us. I'm like well not mine and y'all said cashing checks wasn't an issue when I signed up. They want you to wait an additional 3 days to have money available through deposit. In this economy im trying to get paid on payday not a week later since if deposited on Friday I won't see it until mon through Weds. Just wish they were more transparent on what they have you signing up for. Definitely changing back to navy federal since the bank locations are useless to me anyway lol
