    I used the ATM. machine. No money was distributed. Informed the teller and was quick to tell me that I had to dispute the charge on my bank. What an inconvenience having to wait up to 10 days to get my money. If the machine was out of money, a sign should be put posted out of order. NO HELP FROM THIS BANK WAS GIVEN. NO FURTHER TRANSACTIONS. A $3.50 surcharge added

    I needed help in making a payment, I’m from out of town. Maudie was so helpful and so very nice in helping me over the phone in getting my payment made. Thanks also to the young man who connected me to her, sorry I didn’t get your name. They were so nice and knowledgeable here at this branch!
