  So I went bank shopping online to find a bank with great CD rates and that had an actual physical location in San Antonio, Texas. I was successful! I found Amegy Bank with great CD rates and one of their physical locations was located near my home. I was so impressed by how I was treated at this bank. I especially want to acknowledge the amazing customer service that I received from Vanessa Medina. She was professional and very knowledgeable, she was efficient, she answered all of my questions with patience, she did not rush me, and she communicated clearly with answers that I could understand. Vanessa was not only an exceptional bank employee, though, she was also an exceptional person. She was very kind, and personable, and friendly. A company's best asset is the quality of it's employees. I hope that Amegy Bank rewards Vanessa Medina for the exceptional employee and person that she is. Thank you Vanessa! And thank you Amegy Bank!
