- ABAndrew BrosnacApr 14, 20262.0I will give it two stars for staff at the Saginaw Branch. But any policy that willfully withholds account balance information in order to run up fees should be closed down as a policy. Be careful because when you opt in for electronic messages, that doesn’t include overdraft fees. And if you like a mile and a half from the bank those notices take more than a week to arrive. You can imagine the profits they see from this.
- DBDrew BrosnacApr 10, 20261.0Stay away from this bank. Opened a business account for our payroll. Decided to handle another way. Went In to close the account found out it was overdrawn a few bucks for two weeks. Mind you I got electronic notifications but nothing ever about being overdrawn. By the time I found out, two weeks, fees were above 200. I paid and went in to close account. Was told had pending charges so they gave me 1. Something and promised next morning account would be closed. This was three weeks ago. On 4-10 I received a notice dated 3-25 with another 110 in fees. This is a joke of a bank and I highly recommend staying away. They fail to notify you when something is due in order to keep charging fees. Unreal.

I opened my account about 6 months ago, at the time they were offering a Kindle Fire, which I received fairly quickly. Lance is the branch manager, and he knows me by name. Daliah and Lauren are also very helpful. Keeping customers happy in the world of high banking fees isn't easy, but my local branch and the folks who work there make me feel like I have someone on my side. Thanks guys.
