  Went to deposit a check in the drive thru today since I was limited on time the teller told me just sent it in waited 11 minutes she when she came back she said she was sorry I could see she was having a conversation with someone else no one else in the parking I understand why now ( poor customer service) I won't be back to that branch

  Worst bank, horrible customer service. I would not recommend at all. It's been 2 months since I opened a bank account, and they were unable to grant online access. I went to the bank multiple times, and the manager Monica Flores said, "We did what we can, that's it." They said multiple times that someone will call me, but no one called me. Not at all a good service. We are thinking of moving to Chase Bank. Avoid this bank at any cost.

  Went in to exchange $500 for coin rolls, multiple rolls tampered with (nails in place of dimes, dimes in place of quarter, pesos in dime roll) the branch doesn't verify coin rolls and passes the loss onto customers. Called ahead and they told me they would replace the missing currency, but after stopping in person to the branch to do just that, was told they were unable to help. Why am I eating losses for PNC's inability to verify the amounts deposited to their branch?
