  I went into the Rosenberg TDECU and the customer service was excellent. Mrs. Garcia walked me through the entire process from start to finish and made sure I understood everything. Overall the entire experience was great.

  Attention BUSINESS owners this is not the bank for you. They will not help you grow even if you have a good credit score and money in savings, no help from them. Take your money elsewhere. Over 20 years as a customer and 3 loan refusals later, IM DONE

  I’m very disappointed with my experience with TDECU. The customer service is great when you first walk into the branch and ask for information about opening a checking account, but unfortunately, once the account is open, the information I was given has apparently changed or turned out to be incorrect. When I opened my checking account at the Rosenberg branch, the representative who assisted me explained that if I kept my account active for three months, had the required amount of money directly deposited into my checking account, and used my debit card, I would receive a $300 bonus. This was one of the reasons I decided to open the account, and I made sure to follow the requirements that were explained to me. In May 2026, I called TDECU customer service to ask about the $300 bonus. I was told that because of the date I opened my account, I needed to wait until around the middle of June. They specifically told me that if I had not received the $300 by then, I should call back. At the beginning of July 2026, I called again because I still had not received the bonus. This time, I was told that they could not find any $300 offer associated with my account and that they only saw an offer for $200. I explained that this was not what I had been told when I opened the account. I was then told that the Rosenberg branch manager would contact me regarding the situation. It is now the middle of August, and I have still not received a phone call from the branch manager or any resolution. What is most frustrating is the lack of consistency and follow-up. As a customer, I should be able to trust the information provided by a TDECU representative, especially when that information influences my decision to open a financial account. If the promotion was $200 instead of $300, that should have been clearly explained from the beginning. I also should not have to continue calling and following up after being told that a manager would contact me. I hope TDECU reviews this situation, listens to the original calls if they are recorded, and follows up with me to provide a fair resolution. Good customer service should not end once an account has been opened.
