  One of my favorite banking experiences is with SouthState Bank. Small enough to know you by your name, big enough to have the capital and the programs to do what you need to do. Natalie and everybody in the lobby has always been super helpful. I actually enjoy going to this bank over banks like Chase. PS. Yes, they do have a lobby and yes, it is open. Some people…..

  Been working with this bank for a little over 3 years through my business and couldn't be happier with the location and employees! So much so that I recently moved my personal bank account to this bank. The staff always goes above and beyond to help whether is for our business account or my personal account. Could ask for a better team of bankers!

  Highly disappointed in this bank. My family member discovered today that there is no longer any lobby service, only drive thru!!! She was not notified in advance of this change. So going through the drive thru, ends up waiting unnecessarily because the clerk was taking time to have a drink in plain view of the customers. And when my sister called for their attention, they said I'll be with you in a few minutes and continued to sit there drinking. So, what's the point of having a bank that does not provide customer service? She will be looking to transfer to another bank such as Frost or Chase. Very, very poor service. Too bad you came to Rockwall; Community and Independent bank were very good and helpful.
