  BANKERS BEWARE, do not open accounts here! This bank is absolutely ridiculous. I’m supposed to have no overdraft protection. Where the card will decline if no funds available, I’m CONSTANTLY charged overdraft charges $35 each time. The bank tellers agreed it’s a fault in their system essentially, and still refused to refund the over draft fees. They have essentially stolen hundreds of dollars from me. The ATM NEVERRRR works, so you have to go inside every time. They have like 2 branches in all of Dallas. Just an inconvenient bank and a very unfortunate group of leaders the branch manager was unwilling to do anything to help even after they said it was an error in how their system works. Sure I could have more money in the account but I use my personal account for only when I need to pay bills and order things online and I deposit the correct amounts for those transactions.

  This thing has been so easy to work with, usually able to get a loan relatively Quick, Ben in a few few times and today’s service was exceptional. Chris behind the counter at the Rockwall location Was able to help me navigate through my account on my own computer and help me make the payments on the spot. Last time I tried to do this I had to go home and do it on my own and it was a little bit taxing. Thank you, Chris for being a great employee of CUTX.
