The branch manager, Francis, came across as rude, dismissive, and arrogant, which made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. As a long-time customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. This interaction fell well below that standard, and I hope management addresses the customer service approach at this location.

Ended up being 30 minutes of them trying to figure out how to make a deposit. Ended up reversing it and walking away without the assistance I needed.
