  Horrible branch to visit. Just went to make a deposit and the systems were down. Honey the Branch Manager gave me the address of 2900 Legacy which is a hospital. Very rude and unprofessional. I came back to inform her and she wouldn’t even show me where she found the information. Not funny’.

  This PNC branch in Plano, TX, has provided the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Not only that, but I received a barrage of fraudulent and phishing emails and phone calls after opening my account. To make matters worse, the clerks there are rude, condescending, and confrontational simply because of my skin color. This is blatant systemic racism. I’m generally a laid-back person, but I’m not going to tolerate this kind of behavior. I’ll leave my review here, but I’m not going to be a repeat customer. It’s unfortunate that there are other PNC branches with good customer service, like McCart Blvd. Plano should take note of this and make some changes. They definitely have some work to do. In summary, this branch is plagued by systematic racism, narcissistic, biased, and unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise anyone considering banking here to steer clear. They don’t want "us" there.

  I was hoping I’d get a survey email, but since I didn’t I’ll use this to shoutout Dustin. We’ve had a miserable experience with PNC in recent years, so much so we’ve been close to closing our account and didn’t out of laziness, but did move the majority of our money to Kraken. We’ve felt in the past that PNC does everything possible to make accessing our money super inconvenient like telling me my name wasn’t on the signature card and blah blah, which is crazy because it’s a joint account and we’ve had it since our Simple account switched over. Obviously banks don’t like withdrawals, but if an account doesn’t benefit us too it doesn’t make any sense to keep it. Well let me tell you, if we worked with Dustin back then we probably wouldn’t have felt that way. He was super courteous and helpful, doing everything he could to give us a good experience and earn our trust. I still hate banks, but y’all really got a gem with him.
