I thought I would share a past experience. I was a member of BBVA and the bank merged or whatever into PNC. I was very happy with BBVA, mind you. Anyway, after the changeover, and without any contact or notification whatsoever, my account began getting drafted every month because the added a minimum threshold for checking accounts. I was less than $100 below the threshold, thus charged, and again, I was not notified of the change. Upon discovery and discussion with the branch manager (who was very nice and was BBVA) PNC denied my request to give me my money back in full and only refunded 2 drafts out of (if I remember right) 14 months. Anyway, BBVA was great as was their staff. PNC is right in line with Chase, BoA, Wells Fargo, and ITCU as banks that I will never do business with personally or commercially.

Tried to help father-in-law who is 90 with his account. They do not accept POA he is not of sound mind bank manage told my wife to leave. Would not recommend this bank to anyone!!!!! Also my wife is on his account but he closed it now his bills cannot be paid he doesn't understand what he has done.
