I had visited another branch for the past three days and asked the manager and staff for assistance, but unfortunately, my questions were never properly addressed. My experience at this Plano Independence branch was completely different. I was welcomed at the door, offered water, and the manager personally assisted me without an appointment. She was very knowledgeable and provided clear and helpful information. I highly recommend banking with Sejal Patel and this location. Excellent customer service and a great experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

She even stayed until 6:30 PM to make sure our account was fully set up and helped us get the banking application working on our phones. Most bankers leave at 5 PM, but Miss Sejal went above and beyond and stayed until everything was completed. Her dedication, patience, and customer service are truly exceptional.
