I visited this branch on Wednesday. The service provided by Ramona was phenomenal, and Sejal greeted me at the door with a smile, and her warm welcome made my day. While I was waiting for my turn, I saw how big the place was and only saw only 2 people working. Sejal mentioned she is the Branch Manager, her banker was at lunch, and the other 2 employees were out of office. Even with just 2 people working, they managed hospitality, and their smiley faces made the environment welcoming, I encourage people to bank with this branch and especially meet with Sejal Patel. Her knowledge and willingness to help her clients, If I had a choice I would give them 10 stars. Great services at this Branch.

5 ppl in the bank and one cashier. Manager Sejal Patel comes out of the back 15 min later. Just stands around and doesn't help anyone. Could've saved everyone time if she helped customers instead of just standing there the entire time staring at people.

I am very impressed with Sejal Patel at this branch. She was extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I had visited another branch for the past three days and asked the manager and staff for assistance, but unfortunately, my questions were never properly addressed. My experience at this Plano Independence branch was completely different. I was welcomed at the door, offered water, and the manager personally assisted me without an appointment. She was very knowledgeable and provided clear and helpful information. I highly recommend banking with Sejal Patel and this location. Excellent customer service and a great experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
