  August 12, 2026 To: Management of Bank OZK Subject: A Positive First Experience with Bank OZK Dear Sir or Madam, I recently became a customer of Bank OZK, and I would like to share with you both the reason I chose to establish a banking relationship with your institution and my very positive first experience with your staff. I have been a member of Credit Union of Texas since the early 1980s. During more than four decades, I have had the opportunity to know and interact with many branch managers. Among them, Ms. Kelly Sigida stood out for her exceptional dedication to customers, her willingness to go the extra mile to meet their needs, and her ability to create a truly customer-oriented environment among the staff. In my opinion, she was an outstanding leader and a great credit to Credit Union of Texas. Because of my confidence in Ms. Sigida, I decided to transfer one of my CDs from Credit Union of Texas to Bank OZK, specifically to your Spring Creek branch in Plano. While Mr. Raphael, the branch manager, was assisting me with the CD, there was a call from Ms. Sigida, who had learned that I was at the branch opening a CD. When Mr. Raphael learned that I had chosen Bank OZK because of Ms. Sigida, he told me that he would complete all the preliminary work at his branch and then arrange for the CD to be deposited at Ms. Sigida’s branch in The Colony. I was genuinely impressed by this gesture. Rather than simply keeping the business at his own branch, Mr. Raphael was willing to make the extra effort to accommodate the customer and support a colleague. To me, this was a remarkable demonstration of teamwork, professionalism, and harmony within Bank OZK. During the process, I also had the opportunity to meet Ms. Behnoosh Saddeghi, who assisted me with the final steps of opening the CD and suggested that I consider opening a checking account. I followed her suggestion and opened a checking account with Bank OZK. Ms. Saddeghi was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-oriented. Her assistance and attitude were another indication to me of the quality of the people representing Bank OZK. My first experience with Bank OZK has therefore been exceptionally positive. Based on this experience, I fully expect that when the time comes to renew or transfer my other CDs, Bank OZK will be my first choice. Finally, I believe Ms. Kelly Sigida brings considerable experience, dedication, and customer-service expertise to Bank OZK. I am confident that she will make a meaningful contribution to the organization and be an additional asset to the bank.
