- PRPerla ReyesJun 11, 20262.0I’m very new to this bank. My first experience signing for my HELOC and opening my personal account was smooth. However, when I reached out to open a business account, it feels like I’ve been left waiting and almost having to chase support. After several weeks of emails, Walter eventually gave me his number and asked me to call to schedule an appointment, but I’m not sure what the point is since he doesn’t answer or return my calls. I’ve also left voicemails and sent emails with no response. At this point, I don’t feel confident in this branch’s communication, and I hope other branches are more responsive.

- BGBarbie GomezMar 28, 20262.0I would like to say PNC bank does offer great savings account & seems like a great bank overall, I just recently switched over my account & decided to apply for a joint account with my husband as I left the small office with the banker to make my deposit up front with the clerk to deposit into my new account my husband sat in the office waiting for me with the banker & the banker then proceeds to ask my husband how long we have been married since I carried his last name , I find it very inappropriate & personal that she would cross that line it had absolutely nothing to do With our new account , that banker needs to learn office etiquette I believe in small talk but I feel she crossed a personal boundary she needs to have more training on Professional relationships If she wants to grow with company
