- SGSasha GarciaAug 24, 20262.0Wouldn’t recommend calling before 10am although they open at 9 AM. The first 3 times I called I got the same non wanting to help demeanor, it wasn’t until the 4th time that I called that I finally got the help I was needing, even then over something so simple as removing a late fee got hung up before I even got the chance to say thank you. I paid my credit card the day it was due around 3pm & was charged a $25 late fee so I called the next day to get it removed because technically my payment was not late. I know they can remove it because they removed it for me once years ago, it was just a matter of if the associate was feeling helpful enough to do it. Finally I got a slightly helpful representative to remove it, but with an attitude was told that it was now noted on my account and they will never be able to give me that courtesy again. She hung up on me before I even got a second to say thank you. Now I remember why I barely use this account & moved over to another credit union. Who wants to call their bank and be greeted as if we are inconveniencing them? No thank you.
