IF YOU DONT HAVE RELIABLE EMPLOYEES GET NEW ONES NO REASON THE PHONE SHOULD JUST RING AND RING!!!!!! DO NOT BANK HERE!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALSO PSA: I called the 1-888 customer support number and the man I spoke with said he has been in this location and they have trouble getting employees to show up for work. CLASSIC!! AGAIN do not bank here.

I was waiting in line she had a customer in front of me she calls me to the front aswell and starts asking me if Im ready. She took care of me while also taking care of the other customer, there was no rush needed. She then counted the money on the money machine but not infront of me. She has a weak personality whatever she didnt like about me by only looking at me showed weakness and unprofessinalism on her part. I didnt say anything but ask for her name to include in this review. Its not right! She should treat all customers equal and give each customer a nice experience and an individual experience. She took care of me on the side where another teller could be. She had to walk over to the other computer to do my transaction didnt even give me a receipt.
