I guess it’s time to find a new bank you replace the ATM with a machine that doesn’t do cash. I can’t deposit cash and I can’t get cash out of my account. I guess you think it’s not my account well I’ll move it to somewhere else and I’ll show you that it is my account.

I had a great experience with Luis Pena at PNC Bank in New Braunfels. All of the staff is wonderful. Luis Pena helped me with some concerns I had. He is very knowledgeable and always makes time for my husband and I. He was able to answer some questions and took the time to discuss and suggested some great options for us. We always leave with a smile. Great job!

Every time I go to deposit money at this NB Branch the ATM is always down. My time and money are important to me. This is a major inconvenience for I unfortunately have to do my business after hours and need to rely on your main device, ATM machine, be in good working order. They rather sit around and wait til the clock. strikes 9 am than empty the ATM when they come into work. That was the first time. This second time the machine was down again!! This is getting old real quick!! Get it together or go home!! I'm sick of it. Third time, well I went again last night 5/21/2026 and long and behold the trusty ole ATM machine is down yet again. Wasting my time, my gas and put me in a spot to where I had to figure out how to deposit money at 2am. Thanks PNC you rock! I dislike this branch with all my heart n soul that's how tired of it I am. The bank manager steered me wrong when I went in for a loan when my gut told me others wise she went way over what I was asking and I was denied. She worrys more about her looks than maintaining a bank. As I customer I wish we would get a bank manager that can actually handle a bank properly. One that keeps the ATM properly maintained and working at all times. I hate this branch in New Braunfels it's just backwards stupid and a valuable waste of my business and time. We need a new bank manager!!!!
