  I originally planned on keeping a personal account at PNC solely because of a wonderful banker named Laila, whose kindness and professionalism were top-tier. However, due to the appalling treatment from management, I have decided to sever my relationship with PNC Bank entirely and close all of my accounts. The situation began when Branch Manager E. Aris Gonzalvo explicitly advised me that getting a cashier’s check was the best way to move funds from the account I planned to close with Chase and transition my funds to PNC. I followed his instructions to the letter. Yet, when I deposited the cashier’s check, PNC immediately flagged it as fraudulent and placed a hold on my funds without making a simple phone call to verify it. When I asked Manager E. Aris Gonzalvo when my funds would be released, he indifferently told me they mailed a letter and I just had to wait on the mail; expecting me to sit in limbo without access to my own money until an unknown date. He promised to look into why there was no clear release date and call me back, but he never did. I only received a resolution after I filed a formal complaint. From the start, there was a complete lack of care and concern, including mistakes made when opening my business account and entering basic details like my business name and address. As a minority business owner, the situation felt targeted, and being looked down upon, dismissed, and treated this way was deeply unsettling. Following the explicit instructions given by the branch manager to transition to their bank, only to be treated like a liability, completely shattered my trust. Even after the hold was resolved, I found myself checking my account daily out of pure fear. Laila is amazing, but no banker can make up for management that treats clients like crap. Laila deserves 5 stars, but PNC management gets 1. I cannot, in good conscience, leave any of my money with an institution where I don't feel safe or respected. Look elsewhere for a bank that actually values and respects its customers no matter what race you are or your financial situation.

  In today's times it is very seldom to experience the level of customer service provided by BBVA's Riverstone location. Everyone from the branch manager (Ali Sheikh) , the personal bankers, and tellers serve their clients so well that there are few words that can truly articulate their servitude. I came to this bank to open an account and the tellers (both of whom are extrodinary) personally introduced me to the branch manager (Ali Sheikh). From there, he took the time to extend to me each and every service they provide in conjunction with reviewing the options and adavntages of each service. After frequenting the bank subsequently a couple more times and speaking with the personal bankers(who are also both exceptional) ,Mr. Sheik began to personally handle my account. Needless to say, i have moved my business accounts and personal account all to BBVA. The manner in which this branch deals with it's client/patrons is second to none and is in comprable to anything else that i have ever in the banking world, let alone customer service. I truly appreciate the dedication to their patrons and i recommend anyone that is looking for a bank for either their personal or business needs to definitely speak with these fine individuals at this location. Once again, thank you BBVA Riverstone team for everything that you have doen for me.
