  The company that I work for uses this bank. I have to go there every week and make deposits. Let me tell you, this is the wordy bank to do business with. I use the drive thru and every time I sit there and wait and wait and wait for a CSR to acknowledge I’m there. I finally push the talk button and then eventually someone responds and is like “can I help you”. Then I sit and wait and wait and wait for my deposit. I push the talk button again and someone will come on and say they are either working the inside counter or they are having trouble with the check machine and then when they finally send the deposit receipt they don’t even say thank you or anything they just send the receipts. Poor customer service poor!

  I would give no stars if I could but this random lady walked out and told us that it was a 3 hour wait just to print a debit card as our account was hacked! and said she was gonna take the ones that had appointments first when we were there at 9:30 in the morning and the first ones in line. Never going back here again.

  The people are nice at the location but it seem very unorganized. I completed my business application online the next step they emailed me to set up appointment. So I set appointment for 12 pm today which is 3/10. I get to my appointment it’s 4 people ahead of me two of which that had appointment a couple together that didn’t have appointment because I heard the lady tell manager no we didn’t have appointment but we spoke with the lady at front desk and she set them up. Remind you I did mines online when you set appointment it ask you personal or business I selected business for my appointment. So I was advised since I had LLC only the branch manager would be able to set me up. Which the branch manager was there they ask to make copies of my paperwork. The branch manager skip me and ask me to come back and accepted the pair and took them they were there before but originally did not set appointment. I was ask can I come back tomorrow. So very organized it definitely came off of them being selective. I’m going to take my business elsewhere. Two stars is for the receptionist and security guard.
