  It is completely impossible to get in touch with anyone from CUTX because the AI they've got answering phones can't actually direct you to a real person, only understands you 1 out of 10 times, and constantly tries to hand you over to 'member services' with ENDLESS hold times. I applied for a loan a full week ago, it took days for a loan agent to contact me, he promised to call me back an hour later, never did, then I got the privilege of wasting hours of my life going in circles with a USELESS AI directing me to an equally useless menu. CUTX is one in a long line of companies embracing AI as a way to replace actual humans and the result is making everyone else's experience WORSE, and WASTING THEIR TIME. JUST ANSWER THE PHONE! JUST. ANSWER. THE. PHONE.

  this has got to be the worst credit union in texas. i’ve been with them for several months. only good thing about them is that i got my direct deposits a day early. my card is constantly being frauded just with buying everyday expenses. constantly having to call to unlock my card. my card is currently blocked again and i can’t even contact customer service until monday because the care center is closed on weekends. how are you going to have the fraud department closed on weekends when you can be frauded at all times of the day. now i’m forced to stay inside the house until monday because i can’t even buy gas to get around without being declined.

  Well it gets a 5 for appearance and amount of people working. Haven't had enough time to judge service.

  UPDATE: After leaving my initial review, I was contacted by Magan, who went above and beyond to resolve the situation. She was extremely kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She was genuine and willing to take accountability for how and why everything transpired, which I really appreciated. Because of her efforts, consistent communication, and genuine care in making things right, I ultimately decided to move forward with financing my loan through CUTX. Magan’s level of customer service made a significant difference and completely shifted my perspective after what had been a very frustrating experience, so I’m updating my review to 5 stars. Thank you again for making things right!
