The person who was assigned to my case gave me erroneous information and made my case very confusing and complicated to a point of me thinking I was not going to be approved. But I decided to go again today and request a different person to help. That Person was Angie Lara and she really sticked my case and figured out things the other person couldn’t and end up helping me with my personal loan with no problems at all. I was upset because it made no sense why the other banker made my case so confusing when Angie Lara was so nice and patient to help us with the loan process right away. Thank you Angie Lara for making of a bad experience one of the best experiences ever at Credit Union of Texas in Mesquite.

She truly wanted to help me get my situation solved and she did!!!! She never made me feel rushed or frustrated. I knew Sandra Alvarez cared! Thanks Sandra for making my trip to the bank a very good experience today. Oh and I have been a member for over 40 years - and today was the best experience !
- HRHector RodeloJun 4, 20265.0Tengo años mi esposa y yo aquí en este banco y la verdad asta agua ho café te ofrecen lo que me gusta es que entrando devolada te atiende una señorita para preguntarse en qué te pueden ayudar mui amables ya que entras ablar con la persona de tu problema te atienden mui amables ,también tienen una máquina de monedas que te los cambian x billetes y no te cobran nada mientras tengas cuenta con ellos , bien detalle ese, todo está genial con este banco pequeño otros bancos grandes no hacen nada de esto x sus clientes ,
