  I’ve had a great experience with PNC Bank. Their team has always been professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The banking platform is user-friendly, transactions process smoothly, and whenever I’ve had questions, customer service has been helpful and efficient.   Excellent customer service. I have never had a banking experience where everyone knows my name. Jimmy is very knowledgeable and professional. He provided solutions and strategy to meet business and personal needs. The team stayed late and went above and beyond to get me set up. Omar, Butch, Roman, John work well to make sure you have a seamless experience everytime I walk into the branch. I am most impressed with the thoroughness to walk me through all my options so that I can understand, find creative ways to come to a solution, and build a plan to ultimately achieve my goals. They earned all my business.
