- RVRichi Varma5 days ago1.0One of the worst bank to banking for your daily need. I cannot take out cash from my account. They dont know why atm is not dispensing more than $50. They dont knw if the issue is with my devit card limit. They told me, go to full service branch.
- GGgayle gonzalezJun 8, 20241.0Extremely poor experience. I will say Julie is the best at this branch! Credit score dropped 40 pts when they took over Compass. I had been with compass over 20 years. Had a credit card with a 9500 limit for years. Out of no where PNC dropped my limit by 6000. I had kept my compass limit under 30% but with the credit limit drop it negatively impacted me. Also phone customer service is lacking!! Ready to leave asap!
