We came in and spoke with one of the ladies at the front desk. From the beginning of the interaction, she ( Natalie ) was very rude. She repeatedly rolled her eyes, made disrespectful facial expressions, and made us feel unwelcome. Because of how unprofessional she was, we asked to speak with someone in a higher position. When we spoke with Lashanta, the situation only became worse. As we explained what had happened, she came across as very condescending and lacked basic customer service skills. When my sister tried to help explain the situation, Lashanta continuously interrupted her, talked over her, and made disrespectful facial expressions. She also repeatedly said things like, “Oh my God” and “My Lord,” which were unnecessary and unprofessional during a conversation with customers. At one point, Lashanta stated that she had been working there for years. If that is the case, I would expect someone with that much experience to demonstrate professionalism, patience, and strong customer service skills. Instead, her behavior was disrespectful and only escalated the situation. When she walked away to get someone else, we could still hear her talking about the situation and saying, “Oh my God,” which made us feel like we were being mocked rather than helped. Throughout the entire interaction, we remained calm and respectful. When I asked for Lashanta’s name, another employee, Liz, began trying to provide it. However, Lashanta stopped her and said that we didn’t need to be given her name because my sister had chosen not to provide hers. We were under no obligation to give our personal information, and fortunately, Lashanta was wearing a name tag, so we were able to identify her. This experience was extremely disappointing. Every employee we interacted with was rude and unprofessional. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, even when there is a misunderstanding. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the behavior we experienced so that future customers are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.

Terrible experience opening account. The people are nice but are not specific in explaining the intricacies and stipulations upon opening accounts. I’m not mentioning names cause I know how cruel fires can be. Avoid the headache go elsewhere.

Wasted my time to the 10th degree. Paul mishandled our loan application by putting in incorrect info and never returned any calls just for us to find out from another branch that CUTX cant finance out of state purchases anyway! Unnecessary credit inquiry and 2 days of time wasted back and forth that I wont get back. So frustrating!

No matter what day of the week or what time of day I call, I sit on hold for over an hour. WORST customer support ever

Somebody here is lying, the staff moves so slow and never answers the phone. I’ve literally been in the office and hear the phone ring while no one does anything to answer it. Lines aren’t even long but some reason it takes 30 minutes to get help. I can’t even get someone to verify a check because it takes 45 minutes for someone to answer the call. So glad I left!
