- CCChristopherJun 5, 20262.0Terrible experience opening account. The people are nice but are not specific in explaining the intricacies and stipulations upon opening accounts. I’m not mentioning names cause I know how cruel fires can be. Avoid the headache go elsewhere.

Paul mishandled our loan application by putting in incorrect info and never returned any calls just for us to find out from another branch that CUTX cant finance out of state purchases anyway! Unnecessary credit inquiry and 2 days of time wasted back and forth that I wont get back. So frustrating!

I’ve literally been in the office and hear the phone ring while no one does anything to answer it. Lines aren’t even long but some reason it takes 30 minutes to get help. I can’t even get someone to verify a check because it takes 45 minutes for someone to answer the call. So glad I left!
