  I wanted to share my experience in hopes of helping someone else make the right decision. I came in to apply for auto loan. The member specialist who helped me, Terese, was nothing short of unprofessional. Prior to my appointment, she did not offer any guidance on what materials to have ready. Thankfully after a google search, I was able to prepare myself. During the appointment, she made comments to me regarding the residence of one of my cosigners repeating multiple times that it was " a horrible place to live, I hate it there and I cannot understand how anyone can live there" and also making her reasons political. I strongly believe in maintaining a neutral and professional stance regardless of your political affiliation. She then submitted my application to which she then stated " Yea this underwriter hates me and usually doesn't approve anyone's application that I send to her." I felt extremely sad and disappointed in that moment. She felt no remorse when I was visibly upset and even stated there was no point to having a cosigner. I wasted my time, me credit check and the credit check of a cosigner to someone who was unprofessional. She then prevented me from having any sort of conversation from her manager and refusing to provide her email which I have never experienced before. If you are looking to have a positive experience regardless of the outcome of your loan, please please avoid going to this location and working with Terese.

  God help you if you need to ask a quick question over the phone. I need to ask one question in the three years I've been with them and they now boast that their branches don't have phone lines. You'll get the run around by their BS AI answering machine just to sit on hold until you hangup. I don't want to drive 30 minutes just to get my question answered. They lock their vestibule outside of regular hours so you can't access the ATM at this location either. I'm starting to wonder what the benefits to banking here really are. I'd stick to a local branch if I did it over again.

  I had a great experience here! Nick provided outstanding service from start to finish. Friendly, professional, and willing to help. He made my banking process effortless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

  After being with the big banks I didn’t want to be treated like garbage with sub-par customer service. I used to really like this bank. However, if you have ANY issues that require a HUMAN you will go in circles with their AI rep and then stay on hold forever, occasionally a message comes in pushing you to their AI rep, and you’ll never speak to a human. My issue is non standard. I needed an actual representative to help me. How do you tell AI that you made the mistake?! Reading other reviews I’m not the only one who experienced this. This is the exact treatment I wanted to get away from the big banks… *As of this review I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes when they offered to text me a phone appointment which turned into an add to go back to using their AI feature on the web. I never got a text to make a phone appointment. **Update - I was assisted in person by Alexia and Nick. Shoutout to them for helping me out. & Hannah reached out to me regarding this review and informed me that due to long wait times there is an option on the website to schedule a phone call with a rep (I did not know this) or use chat with a human agent. These things should definitely be available on the app. I rarely use the webpage. Updated to 3 stars because these two features should be on the app.
