- BPBjorn PetersonApr 24, 20261.0My credit card with CUTX expired and they never sent me a new one. I requested one through the app and it never came. I went to this branch and spoke with an employee and they said they’d expedite shipping a new card to me. It’s been almost 4 weeks now and still no new card. I verified in the app and with the employee that they have my correct address. I’ve since made yet another request in the app to receive a new card and still nothing over a week later. Am I just never going to get a new card? If this wasn’t my oldest credit account I’d just cancel it. I remember when I first joined and I got a new card in person at a branch, but since then they’ve apparently outsourced cards to a third party.
- CTChad ThompsonFeb 23, 20261.0Worst banking experience ever. This branch treats you like you’re trying to gain their business, not the other way around. I’ve tried to get someone to help with opening a business account 4 times. Every time it’s something new I need to bring in. Antonio is the last one I had the displeasure of dealing with. He could care less if I was trying to move all my business accounts over or not. I was there to serve him, not the other way around. The manager had the same attitude as him when I tried to address the issue with her. Avoid this branch at all cost.

You cannot resolve simple customer service matters without an appointment, and you cannot do basic things online like you can at other establishments For numerous reasons, I would not recommend using CUTX. Your experience may vary though.
