He was professional, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions clearly. This was honestly some of the best customer service I’ve received at a bank. I really appreciate the support and would definitely recommend this branch to others.
- TTtugonitApr 7, 20265.0Badass visiting from delaware lost my pnc card went in told the very professional person who helped me cant remember his name but he canceled my card and gave me a new one with a new number but the same pin right there on the spot so when me and the kids leave back for delaware on friday we will beable to get gas and make it back...... the guy saved the day.. 5 star service all the way!

- OGOphelia GarciaJul 27, 20171.0This bank in Mansfield is very unorganized. The teller will work both window and line. You have to wait a very long time no matter which line inside or outside. Three different times they only had 2 tellers which 99.999999 % of the time and the were both helping the same customer. And don't let me start on the ATM....that ATM is the first of its kind. Will take 15mins to do anything. And 9 out of 10 times it will stop working and you have to start over. So that means another 15 mins. 30 mins just to get cash. Smh I'd rather pay Wells Fargo across the street to get cash out because their ATM is top of the line and is very quick. Overall I am so done with BBVA. I'm not satisfied what so ever. Thank the Lord I didn't close my Wells Fargo account because I will no longer be using BBVA.
