    Unfortunately, my experiences with Cindy have consistently been unpleasant. She often comes across as short and dismissive, which makes interactions uncomfortable. In a customer-facing role, professionalism and kindness matter greatly, and I hope PNC places emphasis on that standard. I would appreciate a more welcoming and respectful experience when visiting this branch.

    Paid off my home loan and got my escrow refund check. Took it to the PNC Bank here in Lubbock to cash it as it is a PNC check. The teller said a charge of 15.44 since I do not have an account with them. I did not cash my check as this to me is crazy for them to charge for a check they wrote. Nice lady at the window the bank is just not right for me, will not do business with PNC in the future as this is just robbing folks.
