    I went through the drive-thru and the teller there was very helpful and sweet. When she sent my cash back to me down the street she also sent three dog biscuits for my dog.

    Unfortunately, my experiences with Cindy have consistently been unpleasant. She often comes across as short and dismissive, which makes interactions uncomfortable. In a customer-facing role, professionalism and kindness matter greatly, and I hope PNC places emphasis on that standard. I would appreciate a more welcoming and respectful experience when visiting this branch.
