I was unable to leave work during banking hours to pick up my May bank statement, and he personally hand delivered it right to my front door. That level of customer service and dedication is rare these days. He was an absolute lifesaver, and I can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond. She took almost 2 hours out of her time to help me with an issue I was having on my account Where my funds weren’t being released to me and even after we figured out there wasn’t much we can do to fix it Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure that I at least had enough funds released so I can pay my rent for that month! Truly amazing and I’ll definitely be coming back
