- AVAslam ViraniMay 22, 20261.0I had an issue with CUTX charging my account twice for an auto payment. One payment failed to go through, but they still charged me a $25 fee. I tried calling customer service and waited over an hour with no help from anyone. I can’t easily go to the branch because I work weekdays, and they’re closed on Sundays. Really disappointed and tired of CUTX customer service.
