- PPPattiJun 29, 20261.0If I could give zero stars I would. Took 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone. I asked my question and he respond oh yes Mrs. (someone elses last name). I said that's not me and he says oh and put me on hold. Someone else picked up and reiterated a question that wasn't what I asked. I said not what I asked, re-asked my question and am back on hold. It's been 29 minutes so far and Im still on hold. DO BETTER!!
