  I have been banking with this specific branch of Amegy for about 5 years. I love the employees! Not only are they helpful, but they remember my name. If I call up there most of the time I’m able to speak to Rachel and she is so helpful with so many things. I know they’re a big corporate bank but at the same time it’s like dealing with a small town bank. I highly recommend this Branch.

  This was the worst customer service experience. Not only did I feel uncomfortable, I was made to feel unwelcome. 1pm on my lunch break. I needed to visit my branch. I will never use this location again. I pull in and there is limited spaces in front. Being courteous I chose to park on the side as I finish my lunch before entering. I was parked by a truck occupying 2 spots. An employee proceeded to come to my vehicle and ask me why I am parked by her? This is employee parking ONLY. ( I saw no signs with mention of this) she told me if I am a customer I must park in the front. Obviously, this is against all banking regulations and protocol. Especially if she felt it was suspicious to exit the establishment and approach my vehicle. Unprofessional and out of line. Please retrain your staff at this location.

  Poor service by the teller. It seemed like I had bothered her with my large cash deposit. Sorry, I'll just take this money to another bank.
