- SNShawn NicholsonOct 18, 20241.0This bank is trash. I took a buddy there to get a new card and it took over a hour for him to even get helped. TDECU absolutely blows this place away, no competition!!!! Going to get my buddy to switch cause omg this place was a joke.
- PHPhillip HintzeJul 3, 20231.0I hate this bank. Since they acquired BBVA/Compass, I have had nothing but trouble. First, they changed the routing and account numbers on existing accounts, so I had to change all of my existing direct deposit and bill pay settings. Another issue is that deposits aren’t immediately available unless you pay an additional fee. Finally, the quality of their debit cards is awful. I have been through 4 different cards with this bank because the chips just stop working.

Many commercial accounts did not make the trip into the new system. You better verify any automated payments still work. 20 minute wait times to get with customer service and they cannot speak understanable English.
