  Zero stars are given. I had to come here to get my payroll check cashed. Walked in to the most unwelcoming establishment ever. Huge lobby that I had to walk through to get to the teller counter. I tell her I do not have an account at this bank and could they cash my check. She never told me anything about the bank or types of accounts they offer. She did however quickly mention that there will be a n $8 charge to cash my check. That seemed to be a lot for a check less that $200. She never asked how I wanted the bills, had to tell her smaller bills and she still gave me large bills. Handed me my cash without even putting the money into an envelope or asking me if I wanted one. Who the hell wants to walk out of a bank with money in hand for anyone to see it. I will not go back to this bank.

  Updating a past review.meant to hit 5 star and not one star.my sincere apologies. The staff at the Kingwood location are absolutely awesome.the past written review is all correct. It was the rating that got put in wrong.5 star rating all the way.thanks for many great and awesome service.

  The drive through banking has inconvenient hours. It has 9-5. Most people can't do that because they are working those same hours.

  Staff friendly and made opening an account simple. Bank policies and excessive fees for everything is the reason I switched.
