I had a complex banking situation trying to open a joint account with my wife, who is currently out of state and couldn't be there in person. PNC was the only bank that even considered helping us out. Banker Destiny and the branch manager, Rodney, were incredibly patient and tried to resolve every single issue I brought up to them. I was there for two hours today, and I can tell you firsthand that they will truly work for you. The manager, Rodney, showed immense appreciation and politeness to military service members, elders, and locals alike. Everyone who walked into the branch was treated with respect, and I was deeply impressed.
