  I was greeted at the door by an Employee named Brycen. He provided awesome service. He made calls to other departments to resolve my issue, was kind and assisted in every way possible. I had been ask to come in to a "LOCAL" branch after I called to resolve an issue. I use the word LOCAL in capital letters as I lIve in the surrounding area of Amarillo Texas. I tried numerous times to avoid this 6 hour drive with several phone calls. I had to have a tire replaced on my vehicle on the trip there. I arrived later than I intended in the day, however Brycen made it worth my time (and driving). We completed our business just as clock struck 5 pm. Brycen, the rest of bank associates and I all called it a day and left the building together. I was treated very kindly and professionally. Thank you Brycen it was a pleasure to do business with you at the PNC bank in Keller, Texas. Thank you so much for assisting me and creating a resolution. I "HIGHLY" recommend this business to anyone in need of banking services. Thank you again to the whole team. Sherrie Davis

  They used to have the best customer service, when Tameka Edmond was there, but since the new manager, Ms. Tran, stepped in, it has been like she doesn’t know anything. I went to renew my CD, but she had to call someone else to do it for her; she claimed she didn’t have the permissions. After our conversation, she set up a meeting with a financial advisor and told me that when it was time to renew my CD, I should call her and she would get it done. I had to reschedule the meeting with the financial advisor. I emailed Ms. Tran and the advisor, but they never responded. Yesterday, I called Ms. Tran and asked her to renew my CD. She stated that she could not do it and that I needed to go to the bank. I drove to the nearest branch. They did it without me signing any documents, and they told me to call next time because I didn’t need to go to the bank. Definitely looking for another bank to invest my money.

  The bankers here and tellers are incredibly nice and there are literally no wait times in the lobby and I always look forward to seeing their smiling faces
